01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the b1999 platform in any capacity — including browsing games, placing sports bets, participating in promotions, or making deposits — you enter into a legally binding agreement with b1999. This agreement is governed by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated at the point of offer.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the b1999 platform and, if registered, request the closure of your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.

b1999 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). By using the platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these operating parameters.

1.1 Modifications to Terms

b1999 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where required by applicable regulation. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where a modification materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, b1999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via in-platform notification or email where an address is on file.

1.2 Relationship Between Documents

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the b1999 Privacy Policy and any game-specific, bonus-specific, or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotional document and these Terms & Conditions, the specific document shall take precedence for the subject matter of that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions govern.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

b1999 is an adults-only platform. To register and use the b1999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a non-negotiable minimum age requirement that applies to all players regardless of location, account activity level, or deposit history.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual and not as a representative of a legal entity placing bets on behalf of that entity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from b1999 under any self-exclusion or operator-imposed exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of b1999 or any affiliate, partner, or game provider with a commercial relationship with b1999.

2.1 Age Verification

b1999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, at the point of a first withdrawal request, or at any time a compliance review is triggered. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by b1999 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

2.2 Underage Players

Any account found to be operated by a player who is under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice. Any balance remaining in such an account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, will be forfeited in full. b1999 reserves the right to report underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities where required to do so by law or regulation.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of b1999 services — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting — you must register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge and requires no minimum deposit at the point of sign-up.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The information collected includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during the registration process or at any subsequent point when updating your account details.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active b1999 account. Operating, attempting to operate, or knowingly benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. b1999 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances forfeited. b1999 may, at its discretion, apply a permanent ban on all accounts linked to the same individual.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b1999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. b1999 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered players at no charge.

b1999 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from b1999 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Details Updates

If any of your registered details change — including your contact number, preferred payment method, or personal information — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account details may delay withdrawal processing or trigger a compliance review. Changes to core identity information (name, date of birth) require documentary verification and must be submitted to the support team for manual review.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

b1999 supports seven BDT payment methods covering the most widely used mobile financial services and commercial banks in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion applied. The minimum deposit is ৳500.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. b1999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts registered in another person's name will be reversed and the originating account flagged for compliance review. b1999 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, b1999 may request identity and payment verification documentation. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will not be processed if the account balance includes uncleared bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.

4.3 Transaction Limits

b1999 applies daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits to all player accounts. These limits are designed to support responsible gaming and to comply with financial monitoring obligations. Specific limit values are communicated within the account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players may request adjustments to their personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools section of their account at any time.

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

b1999 operates a daily bonus ecosystem that provides ongoing value to active players beyond a one-time welcome offer. All bonuses are subject to the terms described in this section as well as any additional terms communicated at the time the specific offer is presented.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first deposit at b1999 are eligible for a 100% matched deposit bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited to the account. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically.

5.2 Daily Reload Bonus

Active b1999 players are eligible for a daily reload bonus of 10% on qualifying deposits, up to a maximum of ৳5,000 per day. The daily reload is subject to a 25x wagering requirement and must be claimed within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit for reload purposes is any deposit of ৳500 or more made on a calendar day during which no other reload has been claimed.

5.3 Weekly Cashback

Players who have suffered a net loss during the preceding Monday-to-Sunday calendar week are eligible for a 15% cashback on that net loss, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Cashback is credited every Monday by 12:00 BST (UTC+6) and carries a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Cashback calculations are based on real-money play only; play funded by bonus balances does not contribute to cashback eligibility.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will forfeit the existing bonus balance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be assigned to another player account.
• b1999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to an account, in which case the stated wagering requirements remain in force.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination unless explicitly stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated betting activity across accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account suspension.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the b1999 platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and instant/crash games.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on b1999 are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet settlement. In-play odds may change between the moment you submit a bet and the moment it is accepted; b1999 reserves the right to accept or reject in-play bets at its discretion based on market availability. Cricket betting markets cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other ICC tournaments as scheduled.

b1999 reserves the right to void any bet where a human or technical error has resulted in an incorrect or incomplete odds display. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as a stake refund. Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or shortened due to weather or other circumstances, standard void rules apply as described in the specific sport's betting rules published on the platform.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on b1999 are provided by certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) audited by the respective game studio's independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (return to player) figures represent the statistical long-term average payout and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before play commences. b1999 is not responsible for any loss of connection, device failure, or software malfunction on the player's side during an active game session. In the event of a disconnection during an active round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard completion logic; any resulting outcome is final.

6.3 Bet Acceptance Policy

A bet is not confirmed until a unique confirmation reference number is issued by the b1999 platform. In the event that a bet does not receive a confirmation reference — due to network interruption, system error, or any other reason — the bet should be treated as unplaced. b1999 is not liable for bets that were not successfully confirmed regardless of the reason for non-confirmation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b1999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund a b1999 account.
• Money laundering: Use of the b1999 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. b1999 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinated betting activity between two or more players to obtain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format available on the platform.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the b1999 interface in a manner not available to standard users through the normal browser interface.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic use of b1999 bonuses in combination with opposing bets placed on external platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit regardless of outcome. b1999 monitors for such patterns and reserves the right to void bets and forfeit bonuses where this activity is detected.
• Identity misrepresentation: Registering an account using false personal information, impersonating another individual, or providing forged documentation in response to a verification request.
• Chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider in bad faith after receiving services from b1999. Accounts that initiate unjustified chargebacks will be suspended and the disputed amount deducted from any remaining balance.
• Underage gambling: Registering an account or placing bets while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your b1999 account.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

b1999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where any of the following conditions apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited conduct has been detected on the account.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• A complaint has been received from a third party with legitimate standing (e.g., a verified family member reporting underage gambling).
• b1999 is required to take action by a competent regulatory or law-enforcement authority.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their b1999 account at any time by contacting the live support team. Before a voluntary closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any remaining real-money balance (net of any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days of confirmation.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account dashboard without needing to contact support. Self-exclusion options range from a 7-day cooling-off period to a 90-day temporary exclusion and a permanent closure option. During any active self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be processed. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of no login activity. b1999 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details before a dormant account is closed. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account at the point of closure will be held in reserve for a period of 12 months from the closure date, during which the player may request the return of the funds by contacting support and completing the standard identity verification process.
